PORSCHE DESIGN by CARRERA
The golden classic from the 1980s. This model was so popular that almost every actor, singer, star and high society wore it.
In 1978, the world's first Porsche Design interchangeable lens sunglasses were designed and the Porsche 5621 with its large drop-shaped lenses quickly became a real style icon. Other spectacular developments were the Porsche 5620 in 1979, which was made famous by Yoko Ono, as well as the Porsche 5622 folding aviator sunglasses presented in 1980. The designs were produced in cooperation with Carrera, a division of "Wilhelm Anger Werke" (later renamed "Optyl International") in Austria, at that time the world's leading eyewear manufacturer.
